Step to register and participate

• Please be aware of the steps to undertake to register and participate. The guidelines will improve the efficiency on all organization levels. Thank you for your collaboration!
• The management platform is prepared for online invoice emission. The correct accounting data should be fulfilled in the registration platform (name of the legal organization receiving the invoice and the corresponding address and tax number) in order to avoid possible errors during the invoice emission process.
• Abstract submission is only possible after your online registration.
• After registering, you will receive an e-mail with the Code to access the abstract submission tool in your Personal Area. In this area, and using the Code, you will be able to submit your abstract(s) and replace the submitted abstract(s) at anytime until the deadline for abstract submission.
• If you don’t receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the abstract(s) submission, please contact us.
• Please comply with the payment deadline; any form of payment can be used. It is recommended to avoid payments on location since they could imply some delay in issuing the receipts.
• After identifying the payment, an online receipt will be emitted. The online receipts are legal documents and can be printed and used in our institution accounting system.
• After payment, if you don’t receive a confirmation e-mail in a period of 7 days, please contact us and/or send us the payment confirmation document (if you are not the first bearer of the bank account, or if the payment is going to be carried out by an institution, please let us know).

Payments

All fees for the Congress registration should be paid in EUR (€). VAT is included in all fees. In case payment is made via bank transfer, please note that we must receive the full amount clear of all bank charges.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to the Meeting secretariat according to the following conditions. Please note cancellations received:

Until June 1, 2017 - 10% will be withheld for administrative fees
From June 1, 2017 till June 30, 2017 - reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid
As of July, 2017 - no refund can be processed

Rules

• Before the abstract submission the author should proceed with the Online Registration.
• After registering, you will receive an e-mail with the Code to access the abstract submission tool in your Personal Area.
• In the Personal Area you will be able to submit your abstract(s) and replace the submitted abstract(s) at anytime until the deadline for abstract submission.
• For each abstract you should indicate the other authors and the preferred type of presentation (Oral or Poster).
• If you don’t receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the abstract(s) submission, please contact us.

Abstract Guidelines

• First author MUST be the presenting author and MUST be registered.
• Each registrant is permitted to submit only TWO abstracts as presenting/first author; additional abstracts submitted with the same presenting first author will be accepted, however in this case the author should contact the organizing committee.
• Abstracts will be considered only if the following guidelines are respected.
• Accepted abstracts will be published in electronic form. The abstract should be written in such a way that the Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion are clearly described. However, the use of these headings in the abstract text is NOT mandatory.
• Abstracts MUST be submitted electronically according to the given instructions. Abstracts submitted by fax or by email will not be accepted.
• Abstracts should be submitted in MSWord format or any compatible file format.
• When submitting your abstract, choose the most relevant topic. However, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to decide on a final topic assignment upon abstract selection.
• The Graphical Abstract that will be included in a book of Graphical Abstracts distributed to the participants in printed form.
• No abstracts will be accepted that include presenting authors who do not register to attend the Meeting.

OBJECTIVOS A ATINGIR

Os principais objetivos a atingir são os seguintes:

• Compreender as várias formas de comunicar e de ensinar em ciência, especificamente em química.
• Conhecer estratégias e ferramentas de ensino visando potenciar a aprendizagem conceptual e o desenvolvimento de competências processuais dos alunos.
• Fomentar a colaboração entre professores e alunos e a partilha de ideias, experiências e projetos.
• Consolidação dos desenvolvimentos científicos em curso da química nas vertentes de saúde, materiais e ambiente.

DESAFIOS NO ENSINO DA QUíMICA (2 Horas)

• Técnicas de motivação do ensino da química
• Organização curricular
• Inovação no ensino experimental

SESSÃO DE POSTERS (2,5 hora)

• Comunicações e posters sobre diferentes temáticas: “Ensino da Química e gestão curricular”, “Inovações pedagógicas no ensino da química: práticas e didáticas de sala de aula”, “Trabalho prático, experimental e laboratorial no ensino e aprendizagem da química”, “A tecnologia educacional na educação em química”, “Espaços não-formais de educação científica: experiências e projetos”.

PAINEL/DEBATE (4 horas)

• Aprender com exemplos de sucesso
• Motivação dos estudantes para as olimpíadas de química
• Vocação dos estudantes para a química

METODOLOGIAS DE REALIZAÇÃO DA ACÇÃO

As diferentes componentes do programa dividem-se em dois tipos: em plenário (10 horas) e em paralelo (2,5 horas). As sessões em plenário são as palestras (6 horas) e a sessão de posters e os painéis/debates (6,5 horas).

CONDIÇÕES DE FREQUÊNCIA DA ACÇÃO

É obrigatória a presença dos formandos a pelo menos 2/3 das sessões realizadas.

REGIME DE AVALIAÇÃO DOS FORMANDOS

Os resultados da avaliação serão expressos numa escala de 1 a 10 (em conformidade com o RJFCP e cartas circulares do CCPFC) com a seguinte ponderação: relatório – 100 %

O relatório consistirá numa reflexão sobre o XXV Encontro Nacional da SPQ quanto seu valor formativo e implicações em termos de mudanças de práticas.

Os critérios de avaliação do relatório são os seguintes:

• critérios formais (10%): extensão (máximo 5 páginas A4), tipo de letra (Times New Roman 11), alinhamento (justificado) e espaçamento (1,5) devendo ser entregue em pdf (por email) até 5 de março de 2018.
• reflexão crítica (90%): balanço global, necessidades de formação específica, aprendizagens, competências desenvolvidas e aplicabilidade das temáticas na prática docente, contributos para mudanças de práticas profissionais e sugestões.

A atribuição de certificados com créditos e avaliação só será possível se estiverem reunidas as seguintes condições:

• presença em, pelo menos, 2/3 do total de horas comprovada por assinatura da lista de presenças;
• preenchimento do questionário de avaliação do Encontro, a entregar no final;
• elaboração de um relatório individual de reflexão crítica relativo ao desenvolvimento do Encontro e, em particular, ao seu valor formativo (máximo 5 páginas A4).

MODELO DE AVALIAÇÃO DA ACÇÃO

A ação será avaliada pela análise de um inquérito anónimo distribuído aos formandos, onde poderão apresentar sugestões pertinentes que possam contribuir para o aperfeiçoamento da própria ação de formação em situação futura.
